Il s\u2019agit notamment des traumatismes chroniques, qui surviennent sur une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e \u00e0 plusieurs reprises (par exemple, les abus), en plus des situations aigu\u00ebs initialement illustr\u00e9es les plus couramment envisag\u00e9es (par exemple, les accidents). La neuroception est la fa\u00e7on dont notre syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome analyse l\u2019environnement \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019indices de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de danger et de menace, sans impliquer les parties pensantes de notre cerveau. Cela se produit sans conscience et est largement influenc\u00e9 par les exp\u00e9riences d\u2019un individu, en particulier les traumatismes. Donc, si nous \u00e9tions deux ou trois dans une pi\u00e8ce et que quelque chose de traumatisant se produisait, il est possible que nous ayons tous les trois des r\u00e9ponses tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes dans notre syst\u00e8me nerveux. Pour certains, ce signal les am\u00e8ne dans un \u00e9tat de mobilisation. Ces personnes prendront des mesures de confrontation ou d\u2019\u00e9vitement. Pour d\u2019autres, des signaux de \u00ab\u00a0danger\u00a0\u00bb peuvent les amener dans un \u00e9tat d\u2019effondrement.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ces r\u00e9ponses automatiques \u00e0 une personne percevant une menace pour sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement class\u00e9es comme suit\u00a0;<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"standard-arrow list-divider bullet-top\"><ul><li>Lutte : Un effort pour surmonter et retrouver un sentiment de contr\u00f4le.<\/li><li>Fuite : La tendance \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9chapper dans quelque chose qui fait moins mal.<\/li><li>Gel : Un moyen de se fermer afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les sentiments traumatisants.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Comprendre la nature unique du syst\u00e8me nerveux d\u2019un individu peut aider \u00e0 expliquer ce qui pourrait se produire dans les espaces de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.
