Stefanie is a compassionate and dedicated professional dietitian with almost 10 years of experience in clinical nutrition, specializing in disordered eating and intuitive eating. She earned a BSc. in Dietetics from McGill University and is a member of the Ordre des Diététistes Nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ).
Throughout her career, Stefanie has been committed to helping individuals struggling with eating disorders find peace and healing through nutrition therapy. Her approach combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional complexities underlying disordered eating behaviors.
Stefanie has worked most of her career in an outpatient setting. She collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams and family members to provide comprehensive care for her clients. She specializes in developing personalized recommendations and nutritional interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs and circumstances. Her empathetic and non-judgmental approach creates a safe space for clients to explore their relationship with food and develop healthier habits.
Stefanie also specializes in sports nutrition and has worked closely with athletes of all levels, from recreational to elite, to optimize performance, support recovery, and prevent injuries. Her expertise in both eating disorders and sports nutrition uniquely positions her to address the nuanced nutritional needs of athletes while promoting a healthy relationship with food and body image.
Stefanie’s mission is to empower individuals, whether struggling with eating disorders or striving for athletic excellence, to cultivate a positive and balanced relationship with food, body, and mind, ultimately leading to improved overall well-being and quality of life.
