It’s a powerful thing to notice everyday differences in the ways I relate to food, my body, myself, and life, and it felt wrong not to share them with you. Our work together set strong habits in me which have enabled massive attitude shifts: More and more, I’m wearing what I want, eating what I want, and perhaps most importantly, being what I am–human. I used to live inside the container of my eating disorder, now my eating disorder lives in the container of my big ass life.
