- Follow up appointments are 45 minutes – $115 CAD *

Family Based Treatment (FBT)
- This is a specialty treatment for adolescents or young adults with eating disorders
- Initial appointments are 1 hour – $130 CAD *

These interventions do not in any way replace a follow-up with a psychologist or psychotherapist and, if necessary, referrals are made according to your needs.

Group treatment options
As an individual, you can join a closed group with a maximum of 6 members that are offered at different times of the year. Members will remain the same for the duration of the group.
Examples of groups offered:
Food exposure group
This group is led by a Registered Dietitian and offered for individuals diagnosed with eating disorders or individuals who have disordered eating patterns.
Individuals meet every two weeks in order to expose themselves to challenging and forbidden foods in a restaurant setting.
Fee: $130 CAD for a 90 minute session and food included
F*ck it Diet group
This group is led by a Clinical Psychologist and a Registered Dietitian and is offered for individuals with eating disorders, a chronic dieting history or disordered eating
Inspired by Caroline Dooner’s book, individuals will use the book as a guide for conversations surrounding diet culture, body weight, self worth and chronic restriction
Fee: $125 CAD for a 90 minute session
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Eating Disorders
This group is led by a Clinical Psychologist and a Registered Dietitian and is offered for individuals with eating disorders or disordered eating
This group has a rolling admission and uses an ACT approach in order to explore emotional experiences through the life cycle, how eating disorders serve clients in managing pain and how engaging in eating disorder behaviors prevents individuals from leading a meaningful life aligned with their values.
Fee: $125 CAD for a 90 minute session
