Leila, our Office Coordinator, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Human Resources from McGill University’s Desautels Faculty of Management.
Leila has a strong passion for wellness and fitness, which has guided much of her personal and professional journey. After graduating from university, she gained valuable experience in various marketing roles before pursuing a certification to become a group fitness instructor in 2023. Her current role as Office Coordinator allows her to bring together her marketing expertise and her genuine interest in health and fitness.

She provides attentive support to new clients, acting as the initial guide for those exploring services for the first time. Her in-depth understanding of the clinic’s values, therapeutic approaches, and range of services allows her to respond thoughtfully to inquiries, offering clarity and reassurance as she helps individuals navigate the process of starting care.
Leila is also highly knowledgeable about each clinician’s unique style, area of expertise, and interpersonal approach. This insight enables her to thoughtfully match clients with the practitioner best suited to their needs, fostering strong therapeutic relationships from the outset.
Beyond her client-facing role, Leila plays a central part in Sööma’s marketing efforts. She strategizes, plans, and creates content for the clinic’s social media platforms, ensuring that the messaging reflects Sööma’s values and approach, and effectively communicates the support and care the clinic offers.
