About Ariana
Background
Ariana Rodriguez is a Registered Dietitian and member of the Ordre des diététistes nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ). She is a specialist in eating disorders with nearly 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults in healing their relationship with food, body, and self.
Her clinical approach is weight-inclusive, trauma-informed, and rooted in the principles of HAES®, Body Trust®, and Intuitive Eating. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, she supports clients in moving away from rigid rules and towards trust, attunement, and embodied nourishment.
Her mission is to help her clients find purpose beyond their dress size, eat with ease, and establish an unshakable confidence within themselves.
Approach and Training
Ariana has completed extensive training in CBT-E, ACT, NLP, EFT, and IFS, which she thoughtfully integrates into her nutrition counselling to honour the deeper roots of eating behaviours rather than focusing solely on symptoms.
Drawing from her background in depth psychology and her Master’s degree in Psychology & Spirituality from Columbia University in New York City, she is passionate about understanding each client as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a collection of behaviours.
With experience across inpatient, outpatient, and private practice settings, Ariana combines evidence-based protocols with somatic and nervous-system–informed tools to support sustainable recovery. She is known for her relatable, grounded presence and her commitment to helping clients cultivate a more peaceful, compassionate, and empowered relationship with food and their body.
Who She Works With
Ariana works with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, chronic dieting, body image distress, disordered eating, and those feeling disconnected from their hunger, fullness, and inner cues. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals who are ready to move beyond symptom management and explore the deeper emotional, relational, and nervous system patterns underlying their relationship with food and body.
Her approach resonates with clients seeking a compassionate, weight-inclusive space that honours lived experience, cultural context, and identity.
In addition to her clinical work, Ariana provides clinical supervision to dietitians who are looking to develop a more somatic, embodied, and trauma-informed approach to eating disorder recovery. She is passionate about supporting fellow clinicians in deepening their attunement skills, integrating nervous-system–informed frameworks, and cultivating a practice rooted in presence, compassion, and embodiment.

Other Services Offered
Professional Supervision
n addition to her clinical work, Ariana offers professional supervision to dietitians who wish to deepen their work in eating disorder recovery through a somatic, embodied, and trauma-informed lens.
Her supervision is particularly supportive for clinicians who are looking to move beyond behavioural symptom management and integrate nervous-system–informed frameworks, parts work, and attunement-based approaches into their practice. Ariana creates a reflective, collaborative space where supervisees can strengthen their clinical confidence, develop greater therapeutic presence, and cultivate a practice rooted in compassion and embodiment.
Supervision is available for dietitians at various stages of their careers, including those transitioning into the eating disorder field or expanding their approach beyond traditional cognitive-behavioural models.
Groups and Workshops
Ariana is passionate about offering workshops and group experiences that centre embodiment, body trust, and nervous system regulation. Her groups provide a supportive space for individuals to explore their relationship with food and body in community, while building greater internal awareness and self-compassion.
Workshops may include themes such as reconnecting with hunger and fullness cues, cultivating body neutrality, integrating somatic tools into recovery, and exploring identity beyond body size. Ariana’s facilitation style blends psychoeducation, experiential practices, reflective discussion, and nervous-system–informed exercises to support meaningful and sustainable change.
