I discovered Sooma at a time when I was exhausted—physically and mentally. From the very beginning, I was welcomed with genuine listening and without judgment. Their human approach—both professional and warm—allowed me to put words to what I was experiencing and to reconnect with myself. With the combined help of a nutritionist and a psychotherapist, I learned to listen to my body, to deconstruct deeply rooted beliefs, and to rebuild a healthier relationship with food. Even though it wasn’t always easy, for the first time in a long while, I feel free again—alive and at peace. Thanks to Sooma’s support, I’ve finally regained a sense of pride and kindness toward myself.
