Background
Stefanie is a compassionate and dedicated professional dietitian with almost 10 years of experience in clinical nutrition, specializing in disordered eating and intuitive eating. She earned a BSc. in Dietetics from McGill University and is a member of the Ordre des Diététistes Nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ).

Throughout her career, Stefanie has been committed to helping individuals struggling with eating disorders find peace and healing through nutrition therapy. Her approach combines evidence-based practices with a deep understanding of the psychological and emotional complexities underlying disordered eating behaviors.

Stefanie has worked most of her career in an outpatient setting with adults, teenagers and children. She collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams and family members to provide comprehensive care for her clients.
